Partner at RBB Economics based in London. Ethel joined RBB in 2008, having previously worked at the World Bank. At RBB, Ethel has worked on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission and national authorities worldwide, in particular in the UK. She has particular expertise in merger control, including many Phase II investigations. Ethel holds a PhD in Economics from Rutgers University, USA. A Brazilian national, she works in English and Portuguese.
