W@CompetitionGR Event: “Back to work: Recent Developments in Competition Law Jurisprudence and Merger Control”

This event brings together judges and leading practitioners to discuss recent developments in competition law jurisprudence and merger control rules.  The first session will explore key developments in recent national and EU competition case law and the second session will focus on the recent publication of the draft EU merger guidelines changes and how these will affect the application of national merger control rules in Greece.  Speakers will share practical insights on what these developments mean for businesses and practitioners.  The evening will conclude with a networking reception.
