In this session, former BBC and CNN journalist and media trainer Laura Shields, will demonstrate how to turn technical expertise into sharp, pithy media messages that give journalists a great story while also satisfying the expert’s need for precision and control.

Laura is the founder and Managing Director of Red Thread, a Brussels-based communications agency specialising in media, presentation and message training. She has worked in 18 EU countries, delivering media and presentation training for CEOs, EU Commissioners and Ambassadors, government ministers, NGOs, trade associations and think tanks.
