I am the Legal Director for Antitrust & Regulatory Law at Openreach, the fixed infrastructure arm of BT Group plc in the UK. The team has a busy workload managing our regulatory and competition law obligations, with a primary focus on Chapter II dominance related queries and regulation. Previously, I worked in-house at O2 then VMO2 (after the successful Phase 2 merger) working mainly on M&A & strategic projects; my primary antitrust experience has been in-house in the telco sector.
