Dr. Cara Schwarz-Schilling

CEO at WIK GmbH and CEO of Wissenschaftliches Institut für Infrastruktur und Kommunikationsdienste (WIK-Consult) GmbH. Before that she worked with the Federal Network Agency for more than 20 years, most recently as chairwoman of the Ruling Chamber on national dispute settlements for the German Digital Networks Act. Cara also led the department on internet economics, founded in 2002, and has been in charge of a wide variety of interesting issues.
