EMEA Competition Law Counsel at Gilead Sciences since 2018. Previously was Head of Legal and Compliance at Gilead Portugal. Before joining Gilead in 2012, Cláudia was legal advisor at the Portuguese Ministry of Justice, advisor to the board of the Portuguese Competition Authority, and counsel in the law firm PLMJ. Cláudia holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from NOVA University School, 2015, where she has since worked as a Professor.
