Partner at German competition law boutique HERMANNS WAGNER BRÜCK Rechtsanwälte which was founded by her father Dr. Ferdinand Hermanns in 1966. Corinna has 20 years of experience in advising her clients on complex German and EU competition law matters, including multi-jurisdictional merger control filings and cartel proceedings before the Bundeskartellamt, European Commission and in courts as well as follow-on damage claims. Corinna is admitted in Germany and to the New York Bar.
