Cruz Vilaca

Portuguese lawyer specialising in European and competition law with a outstanding career in Portuguese and European politics and the European Institutions. Until 2018, José was a judge at the ECoJ, where previously he had also acted as an Advocate General. José was a member of the Portuguese Government and the Portuguese Parliament and acted Vice-President of the Christian-Democrat Group. José holds a professorship at the Catholic University and the Nova University of Lisbon.
