Daniela Trampert-Paparella

Case Handler, Bundeswettbewerbsbehörde. She is case handler at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority since its creation in 2002. In addition to budgetary matters and international affairs, she is mainly responsible for mergers and antitrust cases in the media, leisure and aviation industry. As member of the legal department she is responsible for questions arising with regard to the obligation to notify mergers, in particular with regard to the new transaction value threshold.
