Antitrust partner in Milbank’s NY office who has more than 20 years of experience practicing on both sides of the Atlantic. She has achieved antitrust clearances for hundreds of complex transactions in the US and internationally. Fiona is the International Officer of ABA Section of Antitrust Law, former Chair of the Antitrust & Trade Regulation Committee of the New York City Bar Association and member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section.
