Gabriella Muscolo

Commissioner, member of the board of the Italian Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato since May 2014. She previously sat as a judge at the Specialist Section for IP and Competition Law at the District Court of Rome and at the Court for Undertakings in Rome. She was a member of the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office. She is a regular lecturer of company law at Italian and foreign universities. She publishes in the fields of IP and Competition Law.
