Helene Millenaar

Director Competition law and Global Head of Investigations at Nouryon (formerly known as AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals). In this role she advises the business on the full range of competition law issues which include behavioural issues, merger control and competition law compliance. Previously, practiced EU and Dutch competition law at Stibbe in Amsterdam and at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and Brussels. Holds an LLM in European law and MA in Compliance and Integrity Management.
