I'm a partner at Cleary Gottlieb, based in London and Brussels. My practice focuses on EU/UK antitrust enforcement, merger control, State aid/subsides, competition litigation, market investigations, and sectoral regulation. I have more than 25 years' experience in the public and private sectors, with 5 years in senior positions at the Office of Fair Trading (now part of the CMA), including Senior Director of the Policy Group and a Phase 1 decision-maker for mergers. I'm also an NGA to the ICN.
