Jenny Coombes

Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta. Previously, Jenny was a Senior Legal Director in Mergers, Markets, and OIM at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Jenny joined the CMA at the start of 2020 and had over 16 years of private practice and in-house experience prior to that. Immediately before joining the CMA, Jenny was the Senior Competition Counsel at Google.  Jenny has 12+ years’ experience advising on the full spectrum of competition law issues, including merger control. Prior to joining Google she spent five years in the competition team at Herbert Smith in Brussels.
