Dr. Kathrin Westermann

Partner at Noerr LLP in Berlin. Specialising in German and European antitrust law, she has broad experience in advising on merger filings, cartel or dominance abuse proceedings before the Bundeskartellamt, the European Commission and in courts; she also advises on competition compliance and assist clients in dawn raids. Recently, she has focused on civil actions such as damages claims based on antitrust law. Prior to joining Noerr, she worked for more than four years at the Bundeskartellamt.
