Senior Director of Investigation and Litigation at the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. Kathy previously served as Chief of the Transportation, Energy & Agriculture Section; she has played a leading role in the Division’s review of numerous high-profile transactions including, Bayer/Monsanto, and Halliburton/Baker Hughes. Kathy also played a prominent role in the Division’s litigations efforts in US v US Airways Group, Inc. and AMR Corp., US v AT&T, Inc., T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Deutsche Telekom AG, and US v JBS S.A. Kathy has been with the Antitrust Division for almost 15 years.  Prior to joining the Antitrust Division, she worked as an assistant attorney general for the New York State Attorney General, an attorney advisor for the Federal Communications Commission and in private practice.
