Kirstie Nicholson

Kirstie is an experienced global competition and compliance counsel, and currently Senior Antitrust Counsel inhouse at an NOC. Previously Global Competition Counsel at an MNC, with responsibility for the group’s competition law compliance framework, advising clients globally on the full range of competition law matters, including merger control, FDI, risk, investigations and day-to-day counselling. Kirstie also spent over a decade in private practice in London, Brussels, Shanghai and Singapore.
