Partner and collective claims specialist at Hausfeld. Lucy has worked on numerous pieces of highly complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation across a wide variety of sectors. Lucy has particular expertise in large-scale group actions, including opt-out collective claims, and individual rights of redress. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Lucy worked for Which?, where she advised on competition, consumer and public law matters, and the UK's Office of Fair Trading.
