Mari is a Director in the Global Competition Team, based in London, responsible for a team advising Investment Bank and Services Company colleagues in Europe, APAC and the Americans on a broad range of competition law queries and topics. Amongst other things, she leads the competition team members responsible for competition law investigations (including Foreign Exchange Rates) and internal audits, compliance and advisory on a variety of investment banking topics, as well as on M&A matters, strategic investments, innovation, ESG, procurement, HR and more. She is a regular speaker at conferences (Informa, Concurrences, Chatham House, Lear) in London, Brussels and Rome, at which she shares her expertise and practical guidance on several areas of the law, including horizontals, strategic investments, blockchain, labour issues, ESG, impact on in-house counsel of procedural or substantive changes to legislation.
