Pascale Déchamps is Deputy General Rapporteur at the French Competition Authority. She is in charge of the team that investigates antitrust infringements in the digital and telecom sectors. Before joining the Autorité in January 2021, Pascale worked as an economic consultant for 17 years and was the Head of Oxera’s Paris office. She was also a non-governmental adviser to the Autorité between 2017 and 2020.
